Through the Speakers Bureau, CAMAP:

  • Facilitates virtual or in-person speaking engagements across Canada, with virtual delivery generally preferred allowing us to connect organizations with speakers from across the country
  • Supports consistent, professional educational engagement across Canada

Speaker Fee

  • CAMAP charges a standard $250 speaker fee for engagements of up to 60 minutes.
  • This fee supports CAMAP’s member and public education initiatives.
  • For requests exceeding 60 minutes, please contact us to discuss format and applicable fees.

Requests are reviewed by the CAMAP team, and speakers are matched based on topic, availability, and regional considerations. Speaker availability is not guaranteed.

What to Expect

Once your request is submitted:

  1. CAMAP reviews the request and identifies an appropriate speaker.
  2. A speaker is arranged, based oninterest and availability.
  3. CAMAP facilitates an introductory email between the speaker and your organization.
  4. The speaker and host coordinate remaining logistical details directly.

Following the engagement, CAMAP will provide a short evaluation form to support ongoing program improvement.
