Module 2: Challenges with Final Consent Waivers in Track 1 Patients
Moderated by Dr. Ellen Wiebe, Member of CAMAP’s Board of Directors and Director of Education.
Both Module 1 and Module 2 will feature a discussion of the legal pitfalls involved by Dr. Jocelyn Downie (James S. Palmer Chair in Public Policy and Law, Dalhousie University) and ethical considerations from Kevin Reel (Senior Ethicist, Health Ethics Alliance, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre) along with three or four case study examples from CAMAP members.
