Welcome to the registration page for the Hamilton MAiD team Pilot Project for the Canadian MAiD Curriculum (CMC). This page is exclusively for Hamilton MAiD team members for registering for the CMC facilitated sessions.

Kindly fill out the form provided below, and choose the session topic that you intend to register for. It is important to be aware that this form accommodates one registration per submission. If you wish to register for multiple sessions, please refresh the page.

Check out the CMC Session Schedule for the list of available in-person facilitated sessions in your area. To register for a specific in-person session, you MUST reach out to the CAMAP team through cmc@camapcanada.ca. Please do not register for an in-person session via the link above. This will not add you to the session.
